Mike Venner was a great father, husband and friend, whose passing was a tragedy that will affect us all for years to come. His tireless efforts as a leader and contributor to our community and his many kindnesses to old friends and new acquaintances uniquely separated this man as one whose life was well-lived and serves as a continuing example to those whom he touched. Three year's ago we formed the Mike Venner Memorial Golf Tournament Committee to honor and remember our friend and to endow a Charitable Trust Fund in his memory to provide college education funding for deserving youth.
